Do you ship outside the 48 continuous states?
NO, we do not ship outside the continuous 48 states. It is not possible for us at this time, but we are working on a proper solution. We apologize for this fact.
We do not ship anywhere other than the continental USA.
What is the return policy?
- There are no acceptable returns for any products on our website, with exception to Dash Covers. To return a Dash Cover you MUST call 1-800-503-2727 to obtain an RGA number for returns. Any returns received without an RGA # will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- We do not refund any
shipping charges. If the order was placed incorrectly, we will do our best to cancel the order prior to production. However, if this activity can not be intercepted, you will be expected to take delivery on the product.
- We will not accept any
returns after 30 Days for ANY reason.

How do you return a product that is under warranty?
All manufacturer warranties apply and no other
warranties are either expressed or implied. Please check with the manufacturer
for complete details on the warranty offered and keep all paperwork received
with your shipment for warranty purposes. We will not be responsible for
warranty claims. This must be done through the manufacturer. You will need to
call our customer service toll-free line to obtain information on how to
do this. 1-800-503-2727.
How much is shipping?
Shipping will be charged to you at the time of checkout. The price will vary depending on the product and your location.
When will your order ship?
All items are made-to-order so take extra time to manufacture. Here are estimated shipping times: Dash Covers 7-10 business days by Fed-Ex Ground
Car Covers 2-3 weeks by Fed-Ex Ground
Seat Covers 3-4 weeks by Fed-Ex Ground
Please NOTE: No orders can be rushed as all items are made-to-order and are NOT returnable, due to this fact, with the exception of the Dash Covers.

Can you ship to an APO address?
We are sometimes able to ship Coverking products to APO addresses using Priority Air Mail at an additional charge. Generally, the shipping cost is $23.95 per product ordered, but it varies. Please call our 800 number if you are interested in an APO delivery.
Can you ship to PO Boxes?
No, We do not ship to PO Boxes. NO
